Each area has its own sliding door challenges. Barrier island condos on Hutchinson Island deal with salt spray corroding tracks and rollers in 5 to 6 years. Newer inland developments in Tradition and PGA Village see builder-grade doors failing at the 5 to 7 year mark. Older Stuart and Fort Pierce homes often need full roller and track overhauls on doors that are 15 to 25 years old. We've seen it all and we carry parts for every scenario on the truck.
